Financial Aid Tuition Payment

If you will be receiving a Federal Direct Subsidized Loan, you must complete the Direct Loan Online Entrance Counseling, located here on the Financial Aid website or attend the Pre-Loan Counseling session that will be offered during Orientation. Your loan cannot be disbursed until you have either completed the online counseling video and quiz or have attended the session during Orientation.

All of your Michigan Tech bills are available only online. You can find information on how to log on to view your bill in The Tech Guide. An email will be sent to your Michigan Tech email address notifying you that your bill is available for viewing. Payment must be received by the due date to confirm your enrollment and retain your course schedule. A second bill is available online after school begins which reflects adjustments made after the original billing date.

We cannot process your bill without the proper payment. Please note that your course schedule will be canceled if we do not receive the proper remittance by the due date or if your check is returned unpaid.

If you do not owe money, you must still confirm your enrollment by the due date or your course schedule will be canceled. You can confirm your enrollment online or print and sign the online bill, and turn it in to the Cashier's Office.
