What student organization are you currently involved with?
I am currently involved with Theta Chi Epsilon Sorority, Orientation Executive Staff, Michigan Tech Athletics, Deferred Recruitment Review Committee Chair, Homecoming Coordinator, Little Brothers, Friends of the Elderly, and anything else I can get my hands on.

Why did you decide to become involved with the Orientation program?
I like people - a lot! I think that's the best part of working in the Orientation program. You get to meet a lot of new people, get to know them, and overall the program is a lot of fun. Plus, there's candy...who doesn't like candy?

What is your favorite thing to do at Michigan Tech?
I like doing all of the Leadership and "getting involved" opportunities that Michigan Tech has to offer.

What was your favorite class that you have ever taken?
My favorite classes are Interpersonal Communication (HU3820) This is really interesting becuase you learn about all the kinds of relationships that we buiild with others in different ways and parts of our life. Speech Communication (HU2830) was also a really fun class. Everyone needs to know how to speak in public but on top of that it was fun (Not to mention...an easy A!)

Any advice for new students?
Two things:
1 - Keep an open mind to different situations and different people.
2 - Be yourself-who else is better qualified?
